Join us for the first meeting of the Friends of Kerr Lake chapter! Engage with your community to support Kerr Lake State Recreation Area. Learn about volunteer opportunities, advocacy priorities, and how you can help preserve and improve our park.

Help keep Kerr Lake beautiful! Join fellow Friends of Kerr Lake members for a volunteer cleanup day. We'll be clearing trails, picking up litter along the shore, and helping prepare the park for fall visitors. Bring gloves and water — bags and tools provided.

The statewide NC Friends of State Parks annual conference brings together Friends Groups from across North Carolina. Network with other chapter leaders, attend workshops on fundraising, advocacy, and park stewardship.

Annual fall fishing tournament at Kerr Lake. All skill levels welcome. Register at the Satterwhite Point boat ramp. Prizes for largest catch in multiple categories.
